Super Duplex Ball Valves are crafted from a blend of approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which gives them remarkable strength and corrosion resistance. They boast a tensile strength ranging from 800 to 1,000 MPa and a yield strength of around 550 MPa, making them nearly twice as strong as traditional austenitic stainless steels. With excellent resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and pitting, these valves are reliable in seawater and aggressive chemical environments. They operate effectively across extreme temperatures (-50°C to +300°C), combining outstanding mechanical integrity, toughness, and resistance to erosion and fatigue for maximum longevity.
