Duplex Steel Threaded Rods generally contain 22–25% chromium, 4–7% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, which boosts their resistance to chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress cracking. They showcase a yield strength of around 450 MPa and a tensile strength ranging from 620–900 MPa, nearly double that of standard stainless steels. The dual-phase microstructure ensures excellent fatigue resistance, hardness, and dimensional stability across temperatures from -50°C to 300°C. Additionally, duplex threaded rods are highly resistant to sulfide stress cracking and erosion, making them ideal for demanding industrial, offshore, and chemical processing environments where strength and corrosion resistance are essential.
