Monel Pipes are mainly made up of about 65–70% nickel and 20–29% copper, along with trace amounts of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. This unique blend gives them excellent resistance to corrosion, particularly in seawater and chemical settings. On the mechanical side, Monel boasts a tensile strength of around 550–620 MPa and a yield strength of about 240 MPa, along with good elongation properties. They maintain their toughness across a wide range of temperatures and exhibit outstanding resistance to alkalis, acids, and oxidation.
