Super Duplex Steel Washers are made up of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, nitrogen, and trace elements, giving them a PREN greater than 40 for outstanding corrosion resistance. These washers showcase a tensile strength of around 800 MPa and a yield strength of about 550 MPa, along with excellent hardness and fatigue resistance. Their dual-phase structure enhances toughness, making them perfect for challenging environments.
