Inconel 800H is made up of 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and a balanced amount of iron, along with enhanced carbon (0.05–0.10%) and stabilizing elements like titanium and aluminum to boost high-temperature strength. It boasts a tensile strength ranging from 550–750 MPa, excellent creep rupture strength, and impressive resistance to oxidation, carburization, and stress corrosion cracking. With a melting range of 1350–1385°C, it maintains its structural integrity even under extreme conditions.
