Alloy C263 Foil is a nickel-cobalt-chromium alloy that’s precipitation-hardenable, featuring molybdenum and titanium as key strengthening elements. It boasts outstanding oxidation resistance up to 1149°C (2100°F) while maintaining excellent mechanical properties even at high temperatures. This alloy is known for its high tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and good ductility, ensuring it stands the test of thermal stress. Typically, its composition includes nickel (the balance), cobalt, chromium, molybdenum, titanium, and a touch of aluminum.
