Waspaloy Bars consist of about 58–63% nickel, 18–21% chromium, 3.5–5% cobalt, 4–5% molybdenum, along with trace amounts of titanium, aluminum, and iron. They boast a tensile strength of roughly 1200 MPa, a yield strength close to 880 MPa, and an elongation of 12–20%, along with excellent creep resistance up to 980°C. The alloy’s stability at high temperatures and resistance to oxidation make it perfect for continuous exposure to harsh environments. With a hardness ranging from 320–400 HB and outstanding fatigue resistance, these mechanical properties ensure Waspaloy Bars perform reliably in critical aerospace, energy, and industrial applications that demand durability under intense thermal and mechanical stress.
