Nickel Alloy 201 Flanges are made up of more than 99% pure nickel, featuring low carbon content (≤0.02%) along with trace amounts of iron, copper, silicon, and manganese. This unique composition grants them excellent resistance to corrosive environments and caustic alkalis. On the mechanical side, they boast a tensile strength of around 370 MPa, a yield strength of 100 MPa, and an elongation of up to 40%.
